Hey, you may have a collectable item (soup can with label on inside) worth a few bob on Ebay I'd say.

How do i prevent the label from showing on the inside?

Make the can doublesided and give the inside another texture. Or if you can't, I'd make a simple shape final position, hover it only over the part where it is in view and assign another texture masked by that simple shape, after the label texture.

how about boiling frog soup
need to make the water boil now
move the frog for better shadows

Be sure to turn the heat down for a slow boil so the frog doesn't realise it is being boiled.
