Maintenance Renewal Doesn't Work

So, I just went in to purchase my Maintenance Renewal license. Clicked on Renew. Spent $89.00. Received the Downloads email. Clicked on the download links. The only thing it tells me is that my license key is expired and to renew my license key. Frustrated that I just spent money and I am being told that my license is still expired. What's going on?



Update: Not sure what was wrong, but Matt has corrected the issue.

Sorry about this. We've corrected the license expiry date. Thanks for letting me know over on Discord that it's working correctly now!

I just renewed my license this evening. I seem to have the same problem. It shows the expiry date as February 2023.

Hi Denders,

I've addressed the Maintenance license renewal as of this morning.  If you run Terragen 4 again, it should locate the new license expiration dates and run without any problems.
