The lens flare is a filter in photoshop, and it's not hard to place out, in fact, it's just one or two clicks away. :/

Neat image though, nice placement of the lens flare. Although I'm not sure I like the way you placed the black pebbles on the ground, looks a bit odd in my eyes.
