Windwheel Sunset **Final**

After looking at nvseal's amazing renders with windwheel...I thought I should give it a try too....


here is a WIP result!

because I dont have anything in the foreground yet!...its plain smooth floor!

Don't forget that GI also affects clouds. This is particularly important for sunsets where the cloud base is lit by scattered light. Without GI you just get silhouettes with coloured edges. You can adjust the strength separately for the atmosphere and terrain so you can still keep the foreground dark.

Aaaah.   

Let us see something in the foreground, so we feel like we're there.  Soft lighting...or something...  Right?

An update....


I have tried my best to clear the clouds near the sun...but I just cant do it....any ideas how I could achieve this??.....

any ways...I still havent done anything to the foreground so its still dark!

image mask? It'll work, but it might be tricky to not end up with half a cloud, i've not tried image masking clouds before
