Matt, Jo, or Oshyan: How do I disable the splash screen on startup?

I'm for the Planetside finishing the work they started, before this kind of stuff.  I don't want this to become TG 1.9.  A completed product that does what Planetside knows it can do is what I paid for and am waiting for.

Ditto. I'd like to see a preference to disable the splash screen, too, but it's definitely a relatively low priority.
