Converting JPG texture maps to SL

How easy / hard / convoluted / simple is it to convert JPG maps that belong to an object (from Poser, for example) to SL shaders?
So this is Disney World. Can we live here?

I'm still learning about Renderman, but it's a shader file for a renderman file / render (a RIB). I'm trying to convert regular UV maps to work with a Renderman renderer.
So this is Disney World. Can we live here?
