This looks good.  Very simple, and peaceful, though I think a level horizon would have been a bit better.  Either way, it looks nice.

For the boarder I just used paint.net and created different layers with different colors and widths before flattening the image into one piece. It takes some math but its not that hard if you have a calculator.

I definitely like the more defined clouds in this last version.

I also quite like the tilted horizon however I have never been a great fan of borders and frames.

Here it goes, I'm rendering a poster sized version so wish my computer luck. I'll post a link when it's finished in about a week, because I doubt the file will fit with what I'm able to attach here
