PlanY basically applies a texture from a top-down perspective, so it will be stretched on strongly sloped surfaces. You can try PlanZ or X, which will apply horizontally. Or you can try Through Camera projection attached to your current camera.

Here is the final for this one.  I don't think it is perfect yet, but I'm not good enough to make it better.  Sorry it took so long to post it.  I've had a crazy week.

I love everything above the lower clouds.
So this is Disney World.  Can we live here?

The lower clouds need their density reduced. And while you're at it, I'd sugedt you make them smoother. Other then that, good scene!

The lower fog doesn't bother me at all.  I'm a (sub)mariner, and I've seen mist like that off the sea on a still day with some post-storm fetch on the seas.  The only thing I'd probably do is make the lighthouse put some rays out into the fog (although I couldn't begin to tell you how to do it).

defiantly creep atmosphere, great job.
The world is round... so you have to use spherical projection.

The only thing spoiling this is the sorting of the mist and horizon.  It may be worth a re-render once the new version is out as this has reportedly been fixed.

Smoke me a kipper I'll be back for breakfast.
