Rendus3D banner attempt *WIP*

ok i am just playing here... trying some stuff to give some ideas to friends so we can have a banner on Rendus3D.com ^^

That already looks cool man, nice idea and execution!
I'm not sure what the 'soil/ground' is supposed to look like. Just sandy soil with dirt and grasses, or...?
I think that part could use some work.

yep i think you're right... it's ground cover but it's small... i'll work on it ^^

I like it as it is currently, the shadows from the plant on the ground give a nice depth. Don't cover the ground to much.

a suggestion would be make it look like a crop circle...this looks good too!

That has already been greatly improved. Only suggestion is to render it at higher quality.
It looks a bit pixelated yet.

I like this: Seth the only thing I can think of (At your discretion as an artist, naturally) would be to render this with soft-shadows (Unless the hard shadow look is what you where going for?) which I think could make this image better.

PS : i don't consider myself as an artist i'm just a guy playing with a good software
