Multithreaded object population calculations

Any chance that multithreaded object population calculations is going to be added before the final version?  My current scene takes longer to calculate than it does to render!

We won't be able to do this for the final version, unfortunately, as we're mostly in bug-fixing mode now. It will be added in a minor update afterwards.
