Nice one! But in a shot like this you'd usually like to focus on the things that are close by, with a POV like this.
So it would be even better if you would invert the blur thing...

Pretty cool.  I love the clouds.

Personally, I don't prefer the blurring of any image I've ever seen.  Maybe once.

But, those clouds and mountains in the background are pretty dang moody!  Nice work.
