Reflective shader
January 08, 2007, 07:19:34 PM
I hope this isn't a silly question.
If I want my reflective shader to be governed by another surface layer (for instance glistening blood
), how would I get the ref. shader to just be reflective where the red surface is?
Thanks. M.

Put the reflective shader as a child of the blood-red surface layer. That's what I did in
this render
--although the effect isn't blatant, since all the surfaces are shades of white, only the steeper slopes are reflective.
