Need Plant Software for Mac + TG2

Is anyone using a plant modeling software that works on a Mac and exports to a format for TG2? The only one I've found is Onyx http://www.onyxtree.com/broadleaf.html. Anyone using this on a Mac or have other suggestions?

Unfortunately, Xfrog isn't available on the Mac, and it creates the highest-quality trees.  Onyx is good, but a bit pricey and still doesn't match Xfrog's capabilities.

You think? I've always felt OnyxTree output knocks the socks off XFrog.

me to onyx tree is a very good program the only downfall is the stupid licence and you cant make fruit for the trees or complex flowers like you can in xfrog especially the c4d version

Well, all of the Xfrog objects I've used have been better quality than the Onyx ones, but they have all been freebies, so I can't really judge the merits of both programs based on the work of their best users.

Maybe my bias is because I like hard geometry for leaves, needles, etc, but still have the option for plates to apply a texture to. But Lightning's right about the stupid license - it's like being told you can't sell an image made in Photoshop, or sell a model made in a 3D app.
