Spec for Chan Files?

Hi, what are the specs for Chan the Chan files?
I know it's 6 or 7 columns but what data is terragen looking for in what Columns?

This applies to the camera. For objects the first value must be the frame number and there is no need for a vertical FOV value at the end.
