How can I adjust the water transparency in TG2?

in the water shader we don't have water transparency option...
how can I adjust the water transparency level?

If you are using the freely available Technology Preview 2, then water transparency is not available. Registered users have access to newer Technology Preview versions which do include transparency. We will be releasing an updated free version in the future.
