Hi Norman.  I can't help you with your rendering problem, but it may be easier for you to make a signature with your system information.  You can do that if you wish by clicking on "Quick Links" at the top of this forum and selecting "Edit Profile".  Scrolling down you will find a signature block.

I would add your video card and driver versions along with the rest of the information you provided  in the attachment.

Here's more info about my computer.  The only thing I've ever done was start the program and immediately am told the program has to exit and offers to send a report to Microsoft.

This appears to be an error related to the OpenGL drivers of your graphics system, which looks like an onboard chipset. You should check for the latest drivers for your graphics system and update them if possible. It may be the case that your graphics chip's drivers are not compatible enough with OpenGL to run some functions of TG2 properly (for example the 3D preview), but hopefully that is not the case.
