Hello buzzzzz1,
Saw your pictures on Terranuts first, quite some time ago, and am always amazed at the detail and atmosphere (in the widest sense of the word).
This is yet another amazing example. Thanks for showing it here.

The match in lighting in this is excellent. Th tricky part with making skies look natural is matching position of the horizons. Cropping out details in the photo near the horizon nearly always results in the sky's horizon being lower than the rendered horizon. The sky near the horizon ends up being more saturated/darker than expected and the perspective of the clouds is out, which I suspect is the case in this image?... but it still looks very good.
