Hi there,

wanted to share a high res test render (1600 wide) I did for the 17th Century Marine Art Atmo Pack.
Admittedly, it's only in medium quality (0.65), but the result is nice anyway (I think).
Here we go.

Very nice, bung in a tall ship and your there :)
How did you get the pink cloud, is it an effect of the lighting conditions or was it a coloured cloud?

My guess is you need to buy the Atmosphere Presets  pack to find out. ;D ;D ;D ;D
Smoke me a kipper I'll be back for breakfast.

The cloud is slightly colored, but also the lighting in the atmosphere, especially the red light decay density color has been modified.

Another and better quality render from the atmo pack:

I like this version better, personal bias though.

That looks very nice Frank. I also like this version more. Great colors and lighting!
At which settings did you render this? I'm just wondering how ridiculously fast your machine is ;)

Thanks Martin :-)

Actually, not to demotivate you, but this is only a resized, smaller version. The original image is 2560x3310 pix large :-)
It took ~30 hrs to complete, though.

Cheers,
Frank

Stunning effect, looks great! Any chance of getting the 2nd picture bigger? ;)
