Using v1.9.99.1
If I select
Do Reverse primary rays
in the render options of this TGD the atmosphere is not rendered, although the clouds in front of the terrain are rendered. Any ideas? Rendering without it for now.

I've noticed this, it happened in TP2 aswell. That's as far back as I can remember.

This option was added when I was rendering spherical planetary maps using a combination of other settings which are not possible in current releases. It is probably working as designed, but it wasn't designed to be useful in other situations.
