Still a work in progess I need to deal with the forground, maybe add some thing?
I want to add a moon, a hat on the skeleton, improve its pose and continue to work on the water.
The cirrus clouds were inspired by moodflows work.
The skeleton and cup/saucer are poser models.
The rock is a quicky modelled in Silo
The waters edge is a plane using image maps masked with a painted shader which I found difficult to work with in this context.
For it to be really useful it would be great if the mask created by the painted shader could be exported to photoshop for further work and to aid the develop ment of image maps for texturing.
It would also be great to blur the painted area and to combine other shaders with it. The plane object was a pain to work and I'm still not absolutly sure I have it right.
The mist is derived from my work on getting clouds to follow terrain.
Fake stones and rock textures are standard clip files I save to speed up my experiments.
I have a huge basic scene into which I clip all I learn for reference.

I would be grateful for comments, sugestions and crits.

Looks good, maybe some alien plantlife would spruce up the foreground.
Figured out how to do clicky signatures

Nice job. Did u do the swirls through image map or were u able to do it in some other way?

By the swirls I presume you mean the waters edge? yes they are an image map. I'm rendering a better version now. Will post later.

I love the clouds and fog.

It does seem, however, that the stars are in front of your moon...
Howgh!
