Inverse Crater with rim higher than crater method used to create the basis for the volcano. A bit of lazy postwork on the lowland ground visible through the low-lying cloud (could have, maybe should have used image mapping in Terragen for this).

I hope I realise I don't exist before I apparently die.

Excellent work. You did well in both compositional  and technical wise

Great foreground displacement. The clouds seem to have a bit of an odd color, though.
http://www.terragen.org - A great Terragen resource with models, contests, galleries, and forums.

Fantastic foreground displacement. Great color choices on the rock structure too, very realistic. Lets see that file.  ;D

I actually really like this, seeing roads and fields through he clouds adds a real sense of being there. Great image :)

Very nice! I especially like the volcano texturing and displacement. The clouds do seem to have an odd green-blue color to them though.

Yeh, that's me messing about with colour adjustment in Photoshop. I shouldn't do it, you know, 'cos I'm bleedin' colour blind (should learn to leave well alone).

Tut, tut!

Wow.  Nice clouds.  Great texturing and excellent lighting.
So this is Disney World.  Can we live here?

zhotfire

Great formation... love those cloud layers too.

Saurav

Great perspective and impressive formation.

Very nice clouds. They create a good effect of scale and distance. I agree that they look a little greenish though. The post work was probably unnecessary. I think you have enough good interest on the land textures without the post. You could just vary colours a bit.
