NEED HELP! Mercury calling!

Hi peeps,

we've recently purchased TG2 and currently trying our best to learn as much as poss about it and how it works.
We're working on some Space cgi shots and need to recreate a move through the Colaris basin on Mercury.

Any ideas how the best way to start this would be greatly appreciated. Like i say we're are complete noobs and could do with any
help you can give us.

Complete noobs need to check out the User Guide first - http://forums.planetside.co.uk/index.php?board=12.0;sort=subject and then check out Volker's understanding of terrain.  He has a tutorial.  Then, for planets, it would help to look a little into nvseal's work, but mostly find information about using planetary maps with planets.  There are a lot of entries for the latter.
