Hey Guys, I've been gone awhile mostly do to a fried PSU and Mobo,. I'm back and running on an i7 940, 6 gigs of memory and a Geforce 280 with 1 gig of vram. I've been doing some benchmarking using some of my old projects and I have to say the difference it pretty noticeable. I'm able to finish most renders in under an hour.
In general doing GI calculations takes around 6-8 minutes (Detail at 1, GI detail/quality both at 3). I'll see if I can post anything definitive soon.
