Playing around with a new mars texture map. Nothing special here yet, but it sure is pretty.

I see what you mean cyphyr, it's got that "inside of a bowl" look around the edges, and it's kinda weird, freaking me out .. I'm ok ..
Love the shadows, but it's still freak for some reason. Camera projected image map?

It's totally possible that I gimped something up, but I don't think so in this case. It is most likely this problem:

Arandil: It is spherically mapped, not camera projected.
