I am trying to figure out how I can create shader libraries and use these in different TG2 scenes. When I create a nice grass or rock shader for instance, how can I save it and load it later? Is it this Node Clip thing I see? If so, its grayed out. I have TG2 Deep V2.0.1.1
Thanks,
Marc

You must first have one or more nodes selected, then use the Save Nodes As Clip File option from the File menu, or right-click on one of the selected nodes and choose the same option. When you want to add a clip back in, use Insert Clip File from the File menu. Note that you will need to manually reconnect it to any other nodes in the scene to get it to work once inserted. There is no way for the program to know exactly how to connect arbitrary node clips so this must be done manually.

Just hit shift and continue to select all the elements of what you want to be a clip file; then, right click on any one of them and select 'save as a clip file'. For future use, just connect it where you want it. Just 'add a clip file' whem making the choice.
