It has been awhile since I posted anything here...it has also been really dreary I live for the entire winter so I decided to make myself a scene with the new TG2 to remind myself what a nice warm spring day is like again. The models are the X-frog Sweet Birch, Klas' superb Oak tree, one of Lightning's grasses, and two populations of a flower available at
terragen.org
. Comments always welcome
Render Time: ~17 hours (not bad for my old clunker of a machine)

Very refreshing. Only thing I'd change is perhaps lower the number of flowers.

Hi,
I don't think there's anything wrong with the number of flowers as such. Where I live in the mountains this spring we had so many daisies ( big pyrethrum type ones ) they looked like snow drifts.

This is great. Refreshing, like domdib said. I would increase the translucency on the leaves textures, especially for the foreground leaves.
So this is Disney World. Can we live here?

Thanks for the advice, I may not come back to this for a little bit since a freak occurance of nature has happened and it is really, really nice outside instead of the usuall bleak rain
