I have tried everything I am using TGO files yet when I put them in I cannot find any trace of them...here is a screenshot...

I am trying to add a simple rock...

The pov of your Preview Render seems to be looking straight down onto the current position of the Render Camera. You need to click the camera icon (bottom left) to look through the Render Camera in its latest position. Also try increasing the scale of your rock to 100x100 or even 1000x1000 to see its white bounding box (which is all you will see in the Preview Render). To see the rock itself you will have to do a render by clicking on the Render button.

I hope I realise I don't exist before I apparently die.

You'll only see a bounding box for imported objects. You won't see them until you hit render. And it would help if your camera was anywhere near where you put the object!

Looks like you're just using T2's default rock object, so why don't you post your tgd here so we can pick it up and figure out why you can't see your rock.

By the looks of that screenshot you're not seeing it because it's only 1 metre wide and you're about 50,000 feet in the air. You will see a bounding box if you zoom right in the origin coordinates (0, 0, 0), just a very small one.
Figured out how to do clicky signatures

Hi GxMew,

I just thought I would mention you're using quite an old looking version there. Unless you have some particular reason for not updating, go to the Help menu and choose Check for Updates. That will help you get the latest version.
