Terrain fichier DEM - Stratas (Tiwiwine's stratas)

Mahnmut

Hello Phylloxera.
Somehow it reminds me of Norway, although I didn“t see any strata there.
I like the background and the riverlike water in the foreground, the shadows of the "fat stratum" are beautiful.
Maybe in mid-distance there is something missing. It looks like massive rock with a spiky surface, the spikes showing no trace of the main orientation of the rock.
there should be more loose stones on top of less spiky rock in my humble opinion.

Best regards,
Jan

Jan's right. I couldn't figure out what was strange, but the spiky rocks are it. I get them too often also. I think the image would look better using fake stones in the foreground. Could a clamp scalar smooth out the spikes? I am just trying to figure out the clamp functions.

Very nice and sharp.  Good lighting and interesting use of color.  I like the strata, too.
So this is Disney World.  Can we live here?

Nice... looks like the rock is slowly slipping into the sea. I agree about the spikes, they don't do much for me.
I just need to tweak that texture a bit more...
