Splotchy renders

Hi im getting splotchy renders arfter adding clouds tryed lots of things and always ending up with splotchy spots in the render so i'm missing something i'm at a loss can someone help Thank you

You should never need detail 1.7 for this kind of thing.  I'm guessing you didn't increase your atmosphere samples - if they are at the default 16, I would recommend pumping them up to 30 or 40 and seeing what happens.  From what I can see of your images, they will look really good once the graininess is gone :).

"crank up your atmo setting quality samples to 64" was the answer I got when I had the same problem and it worked fine  :)

Thank you fellas things worked out just great and no more splotchy spots great stuff thanks heaps and the render time was just 13 hours
