More then 4 gb memory in windows 32 ?

Hi to every one.

İ am not a programer.İ read only the first and the last sections.But maybe for Planetside and you it may be more intersting.İt is about more then 4 gb memory handling in windows 32. İ never heard anything about this until now.Long read beware :)Thrue or not  i dont know.
