Here's another one i worked on while the net was out. http://gforce45.deviantart.com/art/Harrowed-Harbor-169113121. I used an image map for the colors and there's a little postwork.  Any comments would be appreciated.

I think it may be missing some eco-areas. The cliffs plunge into the bay. I think it needs some small areas of beach where the waves would not be too strong. Perhaps some dry vegetation where dirt may collect would help with scale.
I really do like the cliff faces. Great color and nice use of displacement.

Agree with Henry - a little more blending might help. Also, there isn't really a central point of focus - maybe a boat?
