Could the power fractal coloring be scaled up with the tree size?
I don't think they are ugly, they are quite natural looking. They also may work well for trunks washed up on shore. Thank you for the models.

but a great tree for growing in the rocks. I like it.

I don't know... When I get to them, I may re-texture them if you think they are so ugly. I haven't had a chance to use them yet.

ah man!, i was using the low-poly version of the other dead tree, oh well i guess i will have to make do with this one later. :\

you said you originally had the trees in the .lwo format, what did you use to make them??
