Nice image, though I am not sure how this place would get basic services, practical everyday things like running water, electricity and sewage? Then there would be other problems such as food and other every day supplies, what about communications (Satellite Phone I'd guess, kind of expensive to use though) you'd have to have some way of getting help if you needed it!
