Nice ! I love hovercrafts - want to build myself one since years ... but unfortunately here in germany are not many places where it is allowed to use it
At least on private ground.
For those who are interested - there are a few companys offering hovercrafts, plans and kits on the web. Universal hovercraft e.g has also a winged model which is somehow able to fly (but I think not as high as the one from the video above)
