Sharpen and contrast in PSP7...
Suggestions and any comments are appreciated...
Thanks!

Looks like a glass matte from a 60's scifi, like Barbarella.

How are you doing your spires?

Markal

Thanks Hetzen,
The spires are from a 2049 World Machine terrain I made in 2007 called "Points".
I think I have over 1000 terrains catagorized by year....each year the terrains seemed to get a bit better but, each year had a few "star or favorite" terrains.
I haven't made any terrains yet this year....hmmm....maybe its time to fire up World Machine again :)
Thanks!

I think you should try some more procedurals instead of these image maps you seem to be using.
They just issued a tornado warning and said to stay away from windows. Does that mean I can't use my computer?

An inspiration as ever.
Question Mark.
I use WM also to generate terrains, I have been niggled on occasion by the odd very right-angular appearence to some rocks. I see that you have it on this render on the first outcrop in from the right. How do you lose that?
I can only seem to do so by changing the POV which can be frustrating if you like the original spot.

Yeah those square corners are an itch with a b....post work touch up is one quick way but some might think thats cheating....uhhh...rework the terrain in world machine with perhaps a bit of erosion....there are some other filters that might help get rid of those sharp, squared angles....I know in the old Terragen there was a filter that smoothed out spikes....like you, I don't like them...I just live with them....mostly :(

Any one else have any ideas on how to smooth out those sharp square corners?
