1 kg payload, totally silent when in high flight, 30 minutes endurance, flight distance more than 6km, GPS navigation with programmable waypoints.

Now imagine this thing in the wrong hands and with the "wrong" payload. It can be dreadfully dangerous (and I do not mean accidents...). Really chilly.
