whatcha think? I had a Altocumulus cloud layer, and the only changes i made was cloud depth at 1056.46 Nothing else was changed. it looks like what you could get sometimes in TG 0.9  Also, where could I get better trees? I would like some without leaves if possible

Very nice result. The "enable primary" and "enable secondary" settings act very much like the same settings in the atmosphere, explained here: http://forums.planetside.co.uk/index.php?topic=958.msg9487#msg9487

So what you've basically done is turn off the primary appearance of clouds (the clouds themselves) while maintaining the shadows.

You may have hit on a way to create a type of aurora borealis!

Thanks; I wish I was that clever, but it's already been done. Take a look at the attached TGD file

The world is round... so you have to use spherical projection.

one day i will re-visit my aurora attempt.....

also turbosquid might have some free tree objects... some may need converting into obj files..

I've been wondering about what happened to njen too. njen used to be one of the top posters but randomly and unexpectedly disappeared a while ago...
