Yes, when I get very stupid emails from testers at work insisting they are correct on something that they most definitely are not, and keep trying to reopen defects even after I have explained the design 1000 times.
No joke, we had one defect from a tester of "IE7 is slower then Firefox".... NOTE: I don't work on IE... I work on a web product. I can't fix IE being a POS browser. Worst part? They reopened it 7 times before I had to go to a super high level test lead and get him to shut the tester up. Some of his arguments included "Well,
google.com loads fast on both"... JUST LOOK AT THAT its 1 image, a text box, some buttons, and a little javascript. NOT AN ENTIRE WEBDESIGN/SITE. Also a side note, our theme work we do is very javascript heavy and interactive, its part of the product... sooo having a crap browser will make it show slower. Nothing we can do, its part of the design to have those features and they are supposed to be the same in each browser... some browsers just can't handle it.
