Title: Crete: The Labyrinth Myth Archaeological Investigations
Post by: René on August 06, 2018, 05:21:56 AM
Archaeologist Peter Eeckhout goes in search of the secrets of ancient civilizations. Recent excavations at Minoan sites on Crete are changing received ideas. Was the site at Knossos really the palace of the King Minos of myth with his labyrinth and fearsome Minotaur?

I think it is nearly impossible to look at the past without bias, particularly if there is a need to fill the gaps.

Oh great! Thanks for the link, René. I visited Knossos three times, and I loved it.
