Quote from: Doug on September 21, 2024, 09:17:14 AMI downloaded a STL file and am learning to paint objects in Blender.
Long way to go, but it wasn't difficult watching a youtube video.

I am working toward having the Horses look larger in the background without doing a photoshop trick merging pictures.

In Blender there is a scale/scaling option. Push the "s" Button in Blender....

Open Discussion / A musical collaboration betwee...

Hi folks,
Hope this finds you well...
It's been a while since I posted much so I thought I'd share what myself and Jo Kariboo have been up to recently...
It's been a super fun project....

https://id23.bandcamp.com/album/collab-01

https://id23.bandcamp.com/album/collab-01

"These four tracks were the result of a collaboration, initiated by my good friend Pierre Chartier aka Jo Kariboo and myself aka inkydigit.

Jo jammed over my tracks with guitar and other instruments.
The resulting compositions are presented here for your enjoyment.

Jo's various improvised instruments and guitar work over my sometimes industrial beats may seem an unlikely combination, but these organic forms meld with the underlying structure adding deeper layers of interest; the two distinct styles evolve to become a new iteration.

It is this symbiosis of style and form that made this project a success and a model we intend to return to in the future.

We hope you enjoy!

Matt, this looks fantastic! Can't wait to take it for a spin. But I'm actually just as excited about moving volumetric rendering to the GPU. Something to look forward to.

That is really cool! I used to 'edit' nasty clouds by using simple shapes, but this will be so much more sophisticated. I will have to check my licence, though, mine (SKY) has been expired for a while...
