This is a terrain file created with World Machine with gentle rolling hills and ravines with erosion. I've used it on a number of images posted here, there are some flaws (I'm certainly not a WM master!), but there should be some serviceable POV's. In my use I sort of finagle the scales to fit the terrain view I'm after. This is a fairly dense and detailed terrain and lends itself to some TG enhancements. About half a gig. Hope y'all find some uses for it!
whew...that's one hefty .ter, thanks
thx a bunch for the file. i save it for future renders ;)
I have downloaded this .ter file, thanks.
But how do I get this into tg3?
Create a Heightfield shader in the node network, or use the "Add Terrain" button -> "Heightfield (load file)".
A file dialog should open automatically. Select the file and click Open.
Matt
Thanks
