As many of you have noticed, there have been some delays in support recently and less activity and feedback on the forums from some of the Planetside staff. We do apologize for these issues. We love interacting with our community and I'm happy to say things should be getting back to normal very soon now. I will be working to catch up and address any unresolved threads over the next few days.
I'll explain more of my story in a separate post in the Open Discussion forum momentarily.
