I just downloaded the technology preview, and set up a scene for my first render (the previous version of Terragen rendered perfectly), but I click the render button, and the only thing that shows up are dots. My graphics adapter is S3 Graphics ProSavageDDR. Please help ASAP
this took me by surprise, too - but it's actually the "correct" behavior.
it's taking a random set of samples for global illumination. after this 'starfield' stage that looks like something is going horribly wrong, the "real" parts of the render will come in.
Ohh... I thought it was because of my crappy graphics card.
