Title: Populate a family/group of loaded objets instead of only onem and uahirise DTM
Post by: vinyvince on July 24, 2018, 08:35:05 AM
Hole world planter :)

Few questions which confuse me to drive the project im working on for the studio about Terrageb feature..
Is it possible to populate a group of loaded objects instead of a single object? Do you know ? Am able to use IMG file from https://www.uahirise.org/dtm/dtm.php?ID=PSP_008520_2085 directly into Terragen? I can't make it work....

Is there any tutorial example file to show the way please?

Cheers guys

If you use groups that at composed to go on a flat surface TG will not conform the individual parts to the terrain so yeah you can populate groups but it won't look right....Dunno about your other query but someone will chime in on that.
