Was wondering if any of the folks here that know their way around skybox generating and rendering would be interested in doing a commission job on a special skybox that is needed for a fantasy project.
although I cant pay a whole lot but for my project I could go as high as 90$
Needing to have a skybox generated with two cloud layers in it the lower level form a thick storm cloud curtain below and the top above that is cloudy but with bit of sky showing through like in the second image.
Red area indicates were the lower cloud coverage would be on the plain below.
