I would like to have a the latest TG release with Path tracing for a month to re-render some of my older pictures. As far as I remember you have this monthly subscription solution. Now how should I proceed?

Be sure to backup-up your old key file (although you can retrieve it from the website later too).
When the Pro key expires, simply replace it with your old one and you'll be back to a perpetual license of whatever version you had.

Thank you Oshyan and sorry for the stupid question. My net went bananas and I could not see any picture and half of the menus on the PS website yesterday and this was the reason I asked.
