The environments in games are finally starting to focus on the small details and it's super appealing to me.

As for the game, I'm still not sure what the heck it is about, but I really love the motion-capture story driven games. I thought Quantum Break was absolutely stunning and amazing, the story and game play is like having seen a movie when reflecting on it in my head.
Yes, this game appealed to me, as well, although many of the plot details seemed a little bizarre. Still looks like a very original game with great landscapes to explore.
Another gem of E3 this year with highly atmospheric landscapes,
Ghost of Tsushima:

Resident Evil games have always been very moody, although not much landscape to see.

Yeah it does look really... Odd.
Ghost of Tsushima looks really interesting. The environments remind of some.of the darker anime I have seen like Berserker.
Resident evil seems to be really pushing for realism with VR. Considering it's RE2, pretty excited for that.
