Started out as an endeavour to get surflike foam with every terain and every water level automatically, but ended up more as a rockface ;)
Nice cliff faces! I think the ocean swells are looking pretty good as well. I'm always amazed at your creativity and invention. Oh, and really fine foliage and trees!
I can almost see the barnacles along the rock there. ;)
Rock face is awesome looking Ulco, nice work as always

Ditto...love the water...
Unbelievable good cliffs! I like this scene!
Excellent rocks. The surf seems to have a very linear pattern?
Yeah, the surf sucks. Test after all ;)
This was the initial thing.
And this is indeed a surftest (with added vdisp water splatters around the island). No water shader, but homemade waves and default shader and reflective,, etc.
These are renders giving me the feeling of an adventure movie.
Will you work on them to finalize or will they stay tests?
I'll do a little more about it (until I get bored), but I NEVER finalize anything ;)
One more, with the waves rotated 90ยบ. Detail 0.4 AA4 14mins. :o
Glad I am not in that boat!!! These waves are fantastic.
Agree, last waves are very impressive. :)

Cool stuff, especially the cliff face!
Not too shabby at all and that time is impressive...
More close-up to the cliff face. Surf still sucks (though less).

I'm sure you will and we'll be amazed again...so inspired I almost started TG on this el crappo dell but thought better of it...don't need frustration so early in my day(10:30 A M here)

It's much better now. I like the background much more now.
The sea is ok for me but I agree with the clouds (in the foreground on the right side). They look a bit streched into the y direction.
How in the world do you create such amazing rock displacements? No jagged edges, nicely coherent layers and cuts, even washouts near water level, crazy man crazy...
This cliff face looking much more natural now. 8)
Very nice cliff!
The washouts are just some circular noise lateral displacements with a max altitude.
