those 3d fractal renders are Incredible. :o
thanks for sharing these
Wow!
Thanks.
Nah, they're all done by a guy with some really chunky wax crayons ;D
Outstanding renders, some really fabulous stuff here. Don't know why but it most definately brings to mind the works of Lovecraft.... or maybe thats just my warped imagination ;D

I have this addition. Thanks for finding the link!
I wanted to post this all day and just got home and found it here!

:o :o :o :o :o 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) WOW!!!
Just in case you guys want to play with Fractals, there's a free program you can use (still beta):
incendia
http://www.incendia.net/download/INCENDIA1.3P/incendia_setup.zip
I use it, not well, but I use it. Great program.
I tried it too... I still prefer Apophysis 3D.... Xenodream looks great but I only tried the free version ^^
Xenodream is awesome, but I don't understand much of the shader and rendering.
I believe these (http://www.projekt0.net/gallery/0039full.html) are rendered with an external software or something cause I can not reproduce anything even close to those.
Anyone have any ideas on how to make something similar?

Hi sjefen,
i just took a quick look and found this http://features.cgsociety.org/story_custom.php?story_id=4404
and on that artists website he mentions also lightwave renders.
Thanks j meyer,
Looks like he just rendered it with XenoDream and then took it to Photoshop for the rest in that link you gave. I can't even make something worth taking to Photoshop with the rendering inside XenoDream so there has to be something I have missed. I don't dare try an export those models to another 3D software as they have so much detail.
