I know I went through this before when I upgraded, and you sent me a password to log in to my account. I changed my password before I exited. Now when I go to log in it won't accept my new password and when I request my password to be sent to me but I never get a responce email.

I have reset your password to the same one we went you on August 1st when you first had this problem. Hopefully you kept that email.

I just tested it again and it works fine. I'll re-send it to you through the support email (which is the better place to contact us about account issues by the way, in case anyone else sees this in the future - support AT planetside.co.uk).

It works now or should I say I finally got it right. I must of copied an extra space when I pasted it in. Wow it's no fun getting old.
